The Groove Smoothie & Juice Bar is a local, old-school music inspired, smoothie and cold-pressed juice shop, in Columbia, SC. Hence the name, The Groove, when entering our shop you are welcomed by the sounds of 70s, 80s and 90's music. 

Our mission is to create the best and freshest all-natural smoothies, protein shakes and juices with the goal of bringing better health to our community! All of our items are made with fresh and organic ingredients.

 

Our smoothies are full of nutrients and flavor, helping you get those daily essentials in. Our cold press juices help boost your immune system, take care of your skin, improve your health and help remove those bad toxins from your body. Our team is knowledgeable and trained to help you find the perfect item for you!
